This week, I was focused on nailing down a design for the Alien Companion creature. I want it to be like a hunting/guard pet for my Spacewoman character. I want it mean but loyal looking. I hope to get some critiques and feedback this week in class and incorporate that into my sculpts starting this week!
Started with some reference mostly geared towards Evolve's art style since that is primarily what I'm going for.
Made some silhouettes. Decided on a scale I'm going for.
Some face ideas, but more so just trying to learn Evolve's style.
After a bunch of failed ideas, and napkin sketches I managed to make some creature designs I like a bit more.
